When will my order be shipped?  back to top

Ground orders generally go out the same day received, not including Saturday or Sunday. Due to holiday busy times ground orders might be held up from shipping 1 to 3 days.

Overnight, 2nd and 3rd day shipping will be sent out the same day up until 3:00pm EST not including Saturday and Sunday. If the order is received after 3:00pm EST the order will be sent out on the next business day.  PLEASE NOTE:  UPS does not count Saturday, Sunday or holidays in the ship time, only business days.

While we make every effort to ship every item, occasionally we are out of certain items. During the holiday season, any out-of-stock item(s) will be removed from your order total and will be reflected in your shipping confirmation e-mail (if you have provided an e-mail address). We apologize, but we are unable to accept back orders during the holiday season.  During the rest of the year, all backorders are fulfilled as soon as the out of stock items come back in, unless we are instructed otherwise, or unless we can no longer stock the item.

Only if your order is being shipped to New Jersey, then you'll be charged 6% of the sub total.
